7 June – World Environment Day

Jun 7, 2026

World Food Safety Day is observed every year on 7 June and serves as an important reminder that food safety is everyone’s responsibility and a key element in protecting public health and maintaining consumer trust.

At Mind the Gap, we continuously invest in training, consultancy support and the development of a strong food safety culture, recognising that knowledge, responsibility and the right mindset are the foundation of safe and high-quality practices at every level of an organisation.

As part of this commitment, on 19 and 20 May, we successfully delivered a seminar on “Developing a Food Safety Culture.” The seminar brought together professionals and industry executives, providing an opportunity for meaningful exchange of knowledge, experience and best practices.

During the seminar, important topics were covered, including:

  • the importance of food safety culture in modern businesses,
  • the role of management and employees in implementing safe practices
  • effective communication and staff training
  • as well as strengthening prevention and continuous improvement.

The active participation of attendees and the highly positive atmosphere confirmed the growing need for continuous training and awareness in the field of food safety.

On the occasion of World Food Safety Day, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen knowledge, responsibility and collaboration, contributing to a safer future for everyone.
