ISO 15189:2022 Laboratory Self Assessment and Pathway to Accreditation is a training program that focuses on the understanding and practical application of the revised ISO 15189:2022 standard, which sets modern requirements for the quality and technical competence of clinical laboratories.
It is particularly aimed at laboratories that have not yet been included in an accreditation process, either due to a lack of information or because of the impression that this is a complex and difficult to access process.
In addition to the theoretical analysis of the standard, the program offers practical self–assessment tools, examples of documentation, as well as benchmarking. Participants will be able to identify the starting point of their lab, identify compliance gaps, and plan realistic steps towards accreditation. It is a useful strategic guidance tool, enhancing informed decision-making and encouraging a systematic approach to align with the requirements of the standard.
The topics of the seminar are ideal for:
- Quality and Management Officers of Accreditation Systems (ISO 15189, ISO 9001)
