Description of the training program
The implementation of the accreditation standard for clinical laboratories CYS EN ISO 15189 has proven to contribute effectively to the internal organization of the clinical laboratory, to the better management of patients’ needs and the enhancement of their satisfaction, to ensure the reliability of results and to the preparation for reception of the General Health System.
It is necessary to inform the clinical laboratory managers and all executives related to the effective operation of the laboratory, about the requirements and philosophy of the new ISO 15189:2022 standard so that its subsequent effective implementation is possible.
