Getting Ready
Once your organization has implemented all ISO 37001 requirements, you can apply for certification of your anti bribery management system. The process involves several stages with Mind The Gap Cyprus. If your company already has a certified management system, some steps may be shortened.
Planning the Certification
For larger certification projects, a planning meeting is useful to meet your auditor and create a tailored audit program for all relevant areas and locations within your organization.
The Audit Process
The audit begins with a system review, assessing your documentation, objectives, internal audits and management review results. This determines whether your anti bribery system is ready for certification. After that, an auditor evaluates how effectively your management processes are applied.
