Description of the training program
Internal quality control is applied daily by the clinical laboratory and aims to certify the repeatability and accuracy of the method against an internal standard. The results of these audits are statistically processed using various methods to identify errors in real time and take corrective action.
The identification and taking of corrective measures to avoid or eliminate errors in internal quality control is a daily occupation of the scientific staff of the laboratories.
The purpose of our training program is to inform participants about the necessity of implementing and evaluating the results of Internal Quality Control and therefore to provide them with specialized knowledge and useful information for identifying and taking corrective, preventive actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
